Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age (18-55) Physical status ASA I or II Either Sex Scheduled for shoulder arthroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical status ASA > II. Cardiovascular diseases including ischemic heart disease. Renal or hepatic dysfunction. Cerebrovascular insufficiency. Coagulation defects or medications affecting coagulation system. Patients with history of allergy to the study drugs. Lack of consent.
