Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: Presenting for endoscopic sinus surgery who were aged 25 - 65 years. Have no contraindications for regional anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Patient ASA status = 4. BMI = 35. History of chronic pain or opioid abuse. Allergy to the used drugs in the study. Local infection at the site of the block. Any patient with coagulation disorder or thrombocytopenia. Pre-existing neurologic or anatomic deficits in the fascial bone. Cognitive impairment with difficulties in pain evaluation, and severe psychiatric illness.

Postoperative Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score at 2 hours (H2), 12 hours (H12) and 24 hours (H24) after surgery. Riker Agitation Sedation Score (RASS) at 2 hours (H2), 12 hours (H12) and 24 hours (H24) after surgery. | — |
