Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients from both genders (male and female). 2) The age of participants ranged from 30 to 45 years. 3) Duration of cervical radiculopathy for at least 3 months. 4) Patients with pain lasting more than three months (moderate to severe pain).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: b. Exclusion criteria: The subjects will be excluded if they have any of the followings: 1) patient with cognitive impairment. 2) Patient with (hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease/Asthma. 3) Patient with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke. 4) Upper cervical radiculopathy(c1-c3). 5) Cervical mylopathy
