Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status of I or II . 2. Elective caesarean section under spinal anesthesia. 3. Age group 18-45 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient Refusal . 2. Infection at site of injection. 3. Hypovolemia. 4. Increased intracranial pressure. 5. Coagulopathy 6. Severe mitral or aortic stenosis. 7. Allery to drugs used . 8. Any drug abuse . 9. A history of chronic pain, Migraine, cluster headache . 10. Digestive problems with nausea and vomiting 11. Cognitive or memory disorders. 12. ASA lll and lV
