Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Females patients with stress urinary incontinence and clinically positive cough stress test. ? Females patients with mixed urinary incontinence with predominant of stress component.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patient with history of failed previous incontinence surgical management. • Patient complaining from stress urinary incontinence but with negative stress test. • Patient complaining from mixed urinary incontinence with prominent urge component. • Current pregnancy. • Urogenital malignancy • Neurological disease • Bleeding disorders. • Morbidly obese patients (BMI more than 40 kg/m2) • High post-voiding residual urine volume (> 150 ml) or presence of underactive detrusor. • Active urinary tract infection. • Grade 3 pelvic organ prolapse. • History of pelvic irradiation.
