Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New patients diagnosed with early open angle glaucoma whose intraocular pressure is lower than 35 Patients who discontinued their anti-glaucoma medication for more than 6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with angle closure glaucoma Patients already taking glaucoma medications Intraocular pressure greater than 35 Patients with moderate and advanced glaucoma (VCDR>0.65) Patients who had any intraocular surgery e.g trabeculectomy, cataract surgery. .etc Patients on systemic medications which could affect intraocular pressure Additional ocular conditions like uveitis, trauma
