Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Under 20 year of youth middle distance runners, Athletes with training experience of greater than 6 months, Absence of any musculoskeletal injury, absence of metabolic, cardiovascular, or respiratory disease Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes having recently recorded musculoskeletal injury, Athletes taking any medical drugs due to metabolic, cardiovascular or respiratory disease.
