Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical - Restorable vital teeth with asymptomatic deep carious lesion - No fistula or soft tissue swelling - Patient and parent cooperation Radiological: - At least two-thirds of the root length presented - Absence of internal or external root resorption - No evidence of pulp degeneration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical: - Excessive bleeding after coronal pulp amputation for more than 5 min. - Tenderness to percussion - Presence of abscess, sinus, or fistula - Extensive loss of crown structure - Presence of pathological mobility Radiological: - Inter-radicular bone loss - Periapical radiolucency - Teeth close to natural exfoliation
