Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A person aged 18 years or older Individual with the primary responsibility for feeding and daily care of at least one child aged 2-59 months of age, Individual, who reside in Aweil South and Centre prior to the start of the BHI digital study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any individual who refuses consent to participate Individuals aged under 18 years

| • Proportion of children correctly diagnosed for diarrhoea, malaria, and pneumonia per BHI protocols (using BHI programme diagnostic tools). • Proportion of children correctly referred for diarrhoea, malaria, and pneumonia per BHI protocols (using BHI programme diagnostic tools). • Proportion of children who received appropriate care, including appropriate diagnosis, treatment and referral for malaria, diarrhoea or pneumonia (measured as a composite quality of care outcome). Note that this randomized controlled trial is a component of a larger research study that has additional components, including a quantitative evaluation of the intervention against outcomes such as BHW knowledge, motivation and retention, a qualitative assessment of the acceptability and feasibility of the intervention and an assessment of the costs associated with delivering the intervention. | — |
