Inclusion criteria: both sexes more than 18 years old Presented with Acute ischemic stroke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Causes of intubation insults other than acute ischemic stroke, like intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and traumatic brain injury. Age less than 18 years old
