Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult of both sexes Age 18 to 70 years American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I and II Patients with previous complications Patients refusing general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III and IV Uncooperative patients Allergy to local anesthesia Patient refusal of local anesthesia Coagulopathy or history of anticoagulant therapy Orbital deformity Patients with excessive tremors or agitations
