Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: males and females age of 45 up to70 diagnosed as PHN after Herps Zoster infection (Shingles) suffering from PHN from 6 to 1 year do not receive LASER therapy for any cause before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with diabetes patients those exposed to chemical irritators any metabolic conditions swelling and/or edema trauma in affected area surgery in affected area chronic renal insufficiency
