Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infertile women who presented to the radiology department, are scheduled for hysterosalpingography, and give their consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history peptic ulcer disease or any allergy to Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). A history of allergies to Hyoscine-N-butylbromide or radio-opaque dye Patients with active pelvic inflammatory diseases Undiagnosed abnormal uterine bleeding Pregnancy Patients with known uterine abnormalities such as septate uterus, unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus. Patients who have known stenotic cervical os, Asherman syndrome. Patients less than 18years of age

MeasureTime frame
Mean pain scores at different stages of the procedure and 30 minutes after the procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Number of women who needed additional analgesics in either group 2. Presence of side effects of the study medications in any of the groups 3. Level of satisfaction with hysterosalpingography between the two groups at 30 minutes after the procedure
