Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female patients Age ranging from 35–65 years Clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke confirmed by neuroimaging (CT or MRI) Post-stroke duration of at least 3 months Presence of muscle spasticity in at least one limb, confirmed by a score of =1 on the Modified Ashworth Scale Medically stable as determined by a primary care physician or neurologist
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment, indicated by a score below 18 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) Severe concurrent medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled cardiac disease, active malignancy, severe psychiatric disorder) Known contraindications to Dry Needling (DN) or Electrical Stimulation (ES) (e.g., skin infections at the intervention site, hypersensitivity to electrical stimulation, bleeding disorders) Receipt of botulinum toxin injections or phenol nerve blocks within the past 3 months
