Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Traumatic Fracture • Polytraumatic patient • Open or Closed Fracture • Surgery was performed 1–15 days after injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Deformity of the femur that disturbs the stability of the hip joint. • Patients with active rickets, Immune disease, or Active Infection. • Refusal to participate in this study. • Patient Unfit For Surgery.
