Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children from 6 years up to 19 years who have been diagnosed with TB.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any preexisting lung disease eg. Asthma 2. Children younger than 6 years of age. Children younger than 6 years of age may have difficulty performing spirometry. 3. Children diagnosed with extra pulmonary TB 4. Caregivers who at time of inclusion know that their children cannot be followed for the next 18 months. For instance, if the caregiver is planning to travel and cannot come back for a follow up.

| This study will therefore provide a detailed description of lung damage for pulmonary TB after treatment. The expected findings from the study will estimate the burden of and characterize post-TB lung disease in the paediatric population.
