Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with horizontal deficient alveolar ridge at anterior maxillary region. - Edentulous area with initial alveolar ridge width range between (3-6 mm) with minimum of 2mm trabecular bone between cortical plates. - Healthy covering keratinized oral mucosa. - Bone density D2 – D4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Systemic disease that affecting bone healing. - Large vertical bone loss preventing implant insertion in one step surgery. - Heavy smoker
