Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants will be chosen under the following criteria: ? Forty patients of both sexes. ? Age ranges from 25 to 35 ? L4/5 and L5/S1 disc herniation. ? Duration of pain will be more than three months. ? Normal body mass index (18.5 - 24.99Kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded from the study if they met any of the following criteria ? Red flags: spinal tumors, cauda equina syndrome, spinal fractures, osteoporosis, infection. ? Bilateral symptoms. ? Spondylolisthesis, spondylitis, and spinal canal stenosis. ? Previous lumbopelvic or hip surgery or injection ? Any hip structural abnormality such as malformations, impingements and degeneration. ? Postural deviations such as scoliosis, kyphosis, lateral shift. ? True leg length discrepancy. ? Fibromyalgia, Pregnancy and Gynecological problems. ? Psychological disorders affecting subject's ability to follow instructions.

Electro-dermal Activity , physiological recording of sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activity using skin conductance measurement with Mindfield eSense skin response. The Mindfield eSense skin response is a small sensor to measure the skin resistance using the microphone input of smart phone , Apple IOS. ;Quantitative sensory testing QST, Somatosensory battery testing is a standardized and formalized clinical sensitivity test. It is suitable for sensory evaluation and characterization of lumbosacral radiculopathy patients. It consisted of 5 tests, 3 superficial and 1 deep sensory perception) for lower limbs selected dermatomes ( L4-5 , L5-S1).;Fear avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire (FABQ), It is a 16-item questionnaire that assesses a person's fear-avoidance beliefs about physical activity and work,;Portable hand held dynamometer for muscle strength (strength measurement of ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion)
