Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age = 18 years practice resistance training for = 1 h four times a week Being healthy Avoid taking any antioxidant or anti-inflammatory at least three months before and during the experimental period and avoid participating in any high-intensity sessions before 72h and throughout the experimental

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic disease and history of inflammatory drug used before the experiment.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
CWI intervention more effective then the rest of the recovery intervention. 72h post intervention is sufficient for physical and biochemical markers recovery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Foam Roling intervention is more effective than the milk consumption.
