Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Pregnant women in labour with cervical dilation of 5cm or more. - Patients who give consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Women with known bleeding disorders. - Patients who sustained genital tract lacerations associated with significant bleeding. - Women with known cardiac disease. - Intrauterine foetal death before onset of labour. - Women who had caesarean section in labour. - Refusal of consent
