Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or more. Positive Stool antigen test (SAT).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate. Aged less than 18 years; Experienced H. pylori eradication therapy; Intake of any of the following medications within the last 6 weeks: antibiotics, anticoagulant, antacids including histamine (H2) receptor blockers and proton pump inhibitor (PPI), or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; Patients with known allergy to any of the used drugs; Active gastrointestinal bleeding; Recent gastric surgery; Gastrointestinal malignancy; Pregnant or lactating women; patienst with hepatic or renal impairment.
