Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must have active or recently expired NHIS membership at the starting date of the intervention. If expired, the expiration date of their insurance must be no older than 1 October 2022. Participants must be identified as residents of the Kumasi districts either through the location in their member file in the NHIS database or through the survey or phone number verification exercise conducted in 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants without a phone number which is registered as the primary phone number for no more than 6 NHIS members residing in Kumasi.
