Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults 50 years and above who were residing in Lagos State. Older adults not chronically ill, not having systemic diseases such as uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes Mellitus. Older adults with Charlson comorbidity index score = 1 was included. Consenting older adults Older adult with poor oral health literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person younger than 50 years Anyone not residing in Lagos State. Older adults chronically ill, having systemic diseases such as uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes Mellitus. Older adults with Charlson comorbidity index scored greater than 1 was included. Non Consenting older adults Older adult with Good oral health literacy
