Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Site of the injury: at or above the level of the elbow or 10 cm below the medial epicondyle. Type of the injury: post traumatic injury or entrapment neuropathy. Sex: both males and females. Time: within 6 months of injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with injury either inflammatory or tumor caused palsy or idiopathic. Any distal forearm injury. Any other concomitant distal injury in the wrist or fractures. Delayed presentation more than 6 months of injury. Brachial plexus affection.
