Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years. Undergoing brain tumor excision. Admitted to the ICU postoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe systemic illness. Pre-existing cognitive impairments. Known allergies to study supplements

MeasureTime frame
The assessment of cognitive function using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scale at baseline (preoperatively), on postoperative days 7 and 14, and at a 3-month follow-up

Levels of inflammatory markers (e.g., CRP, ESR) measured at baseline, postoperative days 3, 7, and 14 incidence of delirium. length of ICU stay
