Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 years and above who have been diagnosed with HIV for at least 12 months. Possess a mobile phone, are proficient in reading and writing SMS messages Are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults 18 years and above with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders diagnosed less than 12 months ago will be excluded from the study.
