Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients (43 men and 17 women) with ILDs. Patients with ILDs including HP and interstitial pneumonia. ,Ages from 40 to 60 years old. BMI less than 30 kg/ m2 were eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All other types of ILDs. Any other chronic lung diseases as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and bonchiectasis. Patients on oxygen support, lung resection, smokers and musculoskeletal disorders.
