Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include (60) patients aged between 21 and 65 years ASA physical status I and II undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate in the study known allergy to local anesthetics Patients with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulants pre-existing cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal failure body mass index >35 kg/m2 a history of using any analgesics within 24 h before surgery alcohol and substance addiction psychiatric and neurological diseases an infection in the area where ESPB will be performed
