Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 + Sex: both genders are included. Patients hospitalized with comminuted distal radius fractures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised patient. Blood disease. Patients who have explicitly requested not to participate in the clinical research open fractures
