Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 18-65 years. - Patients who underwent primary surgical repair of tendo Achilles rupture. - Patients able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Previous Achilles tendon rupture or surgery. - Significant comorbidities affecting rehabilitation (e.g., neurological disorders, diabetes). - Inability to participate in the rehabilitation program. - unwilling to participate in the trial.
