Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Their ages range from 35 to 50 years. • unilateral cervical radiculopathy and forward head posture ( CVA < 49) for more than 6 months . • Mild to moderate neck pain on visual analogue scale. • NDI more than 20%. • Positive 3 out of 4 elements of the following: spurling test, distraction test and upper limb tension test and ipsilateral cervical rotation less than 60 degrees. • Normal body mass index (18.5 - 24.99Kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Temporomandibular joint problems. • Primary shoulder problem or upper extremity problem of local origin. • Neurological deficits, Cognitive problems, vertebral fractures and previous history of spine surgery. • Neck pain with vertigo or with bilateral upper limbs referred pain. • Clinical instability, recent trauma and vertebrobasilar insufficiency. • Structural abnormalities of the spine, osteoporosis, and spasmodic torticollis. • Inflammatory or other specific disorders of spina such as ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis

Neck disability index (NDI) to determine baseline measurements for subjects with neck symptoms and to quantify functional disabilities. ;VAS to determine the intensity of neck pain;Cervical range of motion device (CROM) to obtain ROM of cervical spine;Digital camera to capture sagittal plane images of patients for cranio-vertebral angle evaluation

Kinovea software program is a 2D motion analysis software for sports and medical assessments;Portable hand held dynamometer for muscle strength(strength measurement of hand grip )
