Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. young women between the ages of 18-35 years 2. young women who have regular menses (28 + or - 7days) 3. A history of dysmenorrhea for at least 1 day per month i.e. lower abdominal or pelvic pain which occurs for 8- 72hours and is usually associated with the onset of menstrual flow and history of initial onset of dysmenorrhoea 6-12 months after menarche 4. The ability to score pain using a 10cm Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary dysmenorrhea 2. A history of chronic or systemic disease 3. A history of adverse reactions to zinc. 4. Who use hormonal medications or contraceptives 5. Those who refuse to participate in the study.
