Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- consecutive patients aged 19 to 45 years at the time of surgery whose diagnosis is primary or recurrent anterior shoulder instability and who is scheduled for arthroscopic repair of an ALPSA lesion or Bankart repair with glenoid bone loss less than 15%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Revision surgery 2- Glenoid bone loss more than 15% 3- Multidirectional instability
