Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Ages of the participants were between 25-50 years. -No gender restriction with recent Zone. -All patients with acute single-digit flexor tendon injury in Zone II, III, between the palmar digital crease and the proximal border of the transverse carpal ligament were candidates. -Patients with single-digit, 1- or 2-tendon rupture from the index finger to the little finger repaired within 48 hours were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Flexor tendon injury in flexor policies longus injury. 2. Patient’s who underwent surgery after 48 hours of tendon injury . 3. DE vascularized or devitalized soft tissue and associated nerve injury affecting the range of movement with associated bony fractures and significant proximal tendinous end retraction be yond zone III. 4. Injuries occurring within 24hours prior to repair with significant contamination. 5. Severe hand injuries with skin loss requiring coverage
