Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 years. Diagnosed with chronic subdural hemorrhage. Scheduled for elective craniotomy. Able to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients with a history of previous brain surgery. • Presence of other significant neurological disorders. • Severe comorbidities (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiac disease). • Allergies or contraindications to dexmedetomidine or anesthetic agents. • Patients requiring emergency surgery.
