Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include patients aged between 39 and 65 years, with ASA physical status I and II, undergoing elective laparoscopic hysterectomy. Any benign condition will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient refusal to participate in the study patient or unfit for the laparoscopic surgery; 2) Genital malignancy 3) BMI > 35 kg/m2 4) Who unable to cooperate, or who have mental deficits. 5) History of hypersensitivity or allergy to the agents used. 6) Coagulopathy, local infection at the injection site. 7) Opioid addiction history, or uncontrolled systemic disease.
