Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: sedentary obese female aged 40-60 years old with BMI of 30-40 all were diagnosed as having a high normal TNF- alpha and some symptoms of systemic inflammation(?75 score at the inflammatory questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with orthopaedic disorders that could impede the ability to walk or exercise cardiac diseases that could interfere with their ability to exercise.
