Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forty patient from 18 to 35 years old after ACLR using semit graft

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postsurgical excess knee swelling which affect exercise performance. • ACL reconstruction using any other graft type • Unstable Cardiovascular disease. • Any lower limb trauma. • Known Hip and ankle disorders. • BMI more than 30% • Pregnanc
