Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Legally Married: Participants needed to be legally married to be eligible for the study. Age Range: Participants had to be aged between 25 and 45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior involvement in marital intervention programs: Couples who had previously participated in marital intervention programs were not eligible. Couples who were in the divorce or legal separation process were excluded.
