Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age from 45-60 (Yörükog ?lu et al.,2019). 2. Patient after RCR moderate tear (degenerative), Mini open incision 3.Both gender
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: massive or irreparable RCT, 42 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Full thickness RCR with biceps tenotomy. anteroinferior labral (Bankart) or superior labrum anterior to posterior lesions, severe glenohumeral osteoarthritis, previous surgery on the affected shoulder and re-tears of the RC (Gutiérrez-Espinoza et al., 2020) A clinical diagnosis of glenohumeral osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or periarthrosis (Kjær et al. Trials 2018) rheumatoid arthritis and patients who had un- dergone previous surgery on the involved shoulder (Roddey ET AL., 2002) glenohumeral instability or restricted glenohumeral movement as a result of adhesive capsulitis, glenohumeral arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or trauma; a history of shoulder surgery (Liu et al ., 2017).
