Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral or bilateral primary pterygia 2. Age 18 years and above who agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impaired mental status 2. Previous surgery in the same eye 3. History of allergy to local anaesthetic agent (lignocaine) and or hyaluronidase. 4. Difficulty in communication 5. Impaired ocular motility, ptosis, and lid abnormality 6. Patients with an only eye
