Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health professionals who satisfy the specified requirements will be eligible: • Have been employed at a selected health facility for a minimum of six months, • Actively participate in childbirth in the delivery room • Hold a leadership position within the health center • Provide informed consent to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Have been employed at a selected health facility for a minimum of six months • Written informed consent cannot be provided

| Neonatal Health: This will be assessed by measuring various factors including the APGAR score, temperature, breastfeeding, any potential complications and the survival rate of neonates. The data necessary for this evaluation will be collected through careful observation and extraction from relevant medical records. Maternal Health: the evaluation of maternal health will be conducted by means of the measurement of indicators that are significant for the survival and overall welfare of mothers. Information pertaining to vital signs, duration of third stage of labor, occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage, breastfeeding as well as any potential complications will be gathered through meticulous observation and the retrieval of pertinent medical records. | — |
