Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with an ASA I / II classification undergoing elective TURP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of bleeding diathesis Pulmonary embolism DVT A known allergy to TXA or Having any contraindications for spinal anesthesia
