Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting male = 18 to = 55 years with proven normal semen parameters at baseline assessment. Sperm progressive motility of at least 30 (29-31%) WHO 5th centile Sperm vitality of at least 54 (50-56%) WHO 5th centile Sperm morphology of at least 4(3.9-4%) WHO 5th centile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 or >55 years of age. Aspermia Oligozoospermia Hypospermia, Asthenozoospermia Necrozoospermia Teratozoospermia Samples not produced via masturbation Contaminated samples Patients who were on medication that may affect semen parameters
