Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Morbidly obese patients (ASA) grade II. • BMI between 30 and 45 kg/m2 • Both gender; male and female. • Elective laparoscopic bariatric surgery. • Age: 21 - 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • (ASA) grade III and IV. • Complicated surgery (open surgery). • Severe intraoperative bleeding affecting hemodynamics • Cardiac disease (coronary, valvular, hypertensive). • Morbid obese patients (BMI more than 45). • Diabetic or hypertensive patients
