Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria, Registered HIV-Diabetes clients with HbA1c>7, not virally suppressed and with a pretest mark of less than 50% with a stable mental state

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The registered HIV-Diabetes clients in Soroti and Mbale Hospitals Eastern Uganda Client must have HbA1c>7, not virally suppressed and with a pretest mark of less than 50% with unstable mental status or conditions like hemolytic anaemia
