Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy cooperative children 2. Sound abutment teeth 3. Premature loss of primary incisors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised children or children with special needs. 2. Permanent teeth were near to eruption as evaluated in x-ray film. 3. Badly destructed abutment teeth or exhibit root resorption as appeared in preoperative x-ray. 4. Children with deep-bite or bruxism and abnormal habits
