Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Postnatal women between reproductive age group of 19-49 years Women who delivered in the study facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Given birth before their 28th of gestational weeks • Women who come to health facilities for complications • Women who don`t have a history of facility delivery b/c if they are not undergoing facility childbirth, they cannot report their experiences of disrespect and abuse as far as it is committed by health care providers in the health facility.
