Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 18 years and above ? Who have caesarean section using pfannenstiel incision under spinal anaesthesia ? With ability and willingness to give consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: This will include: women ? Who experienced failed spinal anaesthesia and required general anaesthesia ? History of allergy to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, ? With bleeding tendency, ? With bronchial asthma, ? With chronic medical conditions like peptic ulcer disease, liver disease, kidney disease ? BMI =30kg/m2 at recruitment ? With pre-existing anterior abdominal wall neuropathy ? Previous midline incision
