Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For PWE to be recruited into this study, they i. Must be 18 years and older ii. Must have been diagnosed with epilepsy based on standard clinical criteria (two or more unprovoked seizures separated by at least 24 hr) (Fisher et al., 2014), iii. Must be compliant in his/her anti epileptic drug therapy iv. Must be able to speak and understand English language in order to fill study questionnaires v. Must provide informed consent vi. Must be able to complete seizure calendars vii. Must provide medical clearance from the physician viii. Must not concurrently be participating in any other exercise program within the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For a person with epilepsy not to be included in this study, it has to be a i. person with any progressive neurological disorder and cognitive limitation ii. person with any physical impairment that will hinder physical exercise participation iii. Person with a history of cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, or endocrinological disease iv. person who didn’t give informed consent
